In Apzumi, she has led over 30 successful Digital Health applications as a Project Manager or Product Owner. As a COO, Joanna is responsible for defining the strategy for optimal scope, time, and budget balance in projects. She is always happy to share her expertise in medical data interoperability, patient experience design, and regulatory requirements by providing valuable insight and advice for your project.

Łukasz Andrzejczyk is a founder and CEO of Apzumi. He is responsible for setting the company’s strategy and building relationships with key partners. During 20 years of his career, he held principal business and technical roles in over 40 digital implementations for both startup and large organizations. He is an enthusiast and supporter of organizations that positively impact the health and wellness of humanity. In his work, he believes that well-thought simplicity is the best strategy to find the right technical solution to business challenges.

Sebastian Zarzycki, MSCS in Software Engineering, has over 18 years of experience in designing, architecting, implementing and overseeing software. He's involved in all key Apzumi projects as technical advisor, consultant, mentor and internal quality auditor. He has witnessed various technologies rise, shine and sunset - his primary responsibility is to pick and constantly reevaluate technological vectors, so that Apzumi can shine with them. He believes software development to be a fine balance of spontaneous creativity and down-to-earth solid work bench, requiring both humanist and engineer approach to produce extraordinary results. As such, he values both superb technical skills as well as psychological / philosophical insight.
